Ive studied many things. Yoga teacher training, Meditation, Reiki, Kahuna Level 3 Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Post natal massage, Massage with Thai stretching Massage, Dry needling, Numerology, Certified Kinesiology, Neuro-emotional technique, Access bars consciousness healing & Shamanic Healing. I have completed 6-year double degree at University in Perth where I grew up to become a Chiropractor. Currently in my 30s. I enjoy running, nature walks, meditations, creating new things, painting, the beach, swimming pools and doing hot yoga.I’ve got a partner, daughter, step daughter.

I've travelled to USA to gain certification in NET and travelled to Sydney to get an in depth understanding and certification of Applied Kinesiology.
I have helped women throughout Queensland release stuck emotional patterns and set them free to become their best selves through unblocking the flow of energy in their body. This body is known as the 'chi' in chinese medicine and 'prana' life force energy in Yoga.
I've worked @ Gold Coast Health and Wellness Centre (2 years), Chirone(1 years) , Aaron Chiropractic (3 years), and Acacia Chiropractic(3 years).
I've created some youtube meditations to assist with healing as well as teaching myself how to do the splits and handstands, by mastering my body through yoga, meditation, self- reflection and excercise.
